The adoption process entails completing an application which enables us to
determine which dog might best match the needs of a particular person/family.
Submitting an application does not obligate one to adopt a dog, but it is vital to the
matching process. A home visit conducted by appointment is required. We love our
foster dogs and need to see where they will live. We provide back up and support
services to our adoptive families for the life of their dog. We want to keep in touch.
There is an adoption fee of $175, which helps to offset the cost of veterinary care and
    maintenance for the dogs.

To adopt a dog either fill out the application form below or click on the email link
Judy@TVAMAL.com and request a copy of the application form via email.
